To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available in our footer and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13, or those under 18 for that matter. Posting photographs of children (under the age of 18) is not permitted on this website unless it is from a photographic database that is available for public use or with permission of the child's parent, guardian or relative. This website also does not permit naming children in any posts, unless it is publicly available and will not harm the child in any way. Any photographs or naming of children should be immediately reported to an Administrator. Depending on the circumstances, any abuses of a child's photograph, whether the photograph details abuse or not, and any use of a child's name with the intent to harm a child shall be reported to the proper authorities at the discretion of LancTalk.com. If such abuse is obvious in nature, LancTalk.com WILL notify law enforcement and all information concerning the abuse to law enforcement immediately.
