In 2016, “Jane Doe” filed a lawsuit against Trump alleging a “savage sexual attack” in 1994, when she was 13, in which he tied her to a bed at Epstein’s house & raped her. She pulled the lawsuit after getting threatened, but why aren't we talking about it?

When Does America Reckon with the Gravity of Donald Trump’s Alleged Rapes?

In light of the new legal scrutiny of Jeffrey Epstein, it’s time to re-examine all the sexual misconduct allegations against the president.

For more than a decade, it’s been no secret that multimillionaire hedge-fund manager Jeffrey Epstein trafficked, molested, and raped dozens of underage girls. And yet, until his arrest last week, it seemed as if he might escape with little more than a slap on the wrist because he’s rich and well-connected.

In 2007, federal prosecutors prepared a 53-page indictment that could have put Epstein in prison for life for the sex trafficking of minors. Instead, Epstein served only thirteen months for solicitation—during which he was allowed to leave and work from his office for 12 hours a day, six days a week—thanks to a sweetheart plea deal brokered by Alex Acosta, then a federal prosecutor in Florida and now Trump’s secretary of labor.

Acosta is now under fire for helping the wealthy pedophile escape federal prosecution. Amid growing calls for Acosta to resign, and at President Donald Trump’s urging, he defended his handling of the case in a press conference on Wednesday, arguing that “we live in a very different world” for sex-abuse victims than we did a decade ago and that a lenient plea deal resulting in any jail time at all was the best he could have hoped for at the time. The implication is that perpetrators are actually held to account now, regardless of their money or power; that the Me Too movement has forced the nation to reckon, finally, with how many men are allowed to get away with sexual harassment, abuse, and rape in a system indifferent to the lives of victims.

So, then, when is America going to reckon with the alleged serial sexual abuser in the White House? Donald Trump has not only been accused of rape and sexual misconduct by more than 20 women over the past several decades, but he regularly uses his power to threaten survivors who come forward and to protect and promote men who abuse women.

Many are hoping the Epstein trial will also implicate some of his powerful friends, including Trump. The world’s most privileged pedophile was known to hang out with the likes of Bill Clinton, Woody Allen, Prince Andrew, celebrity lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and, yes, the president, sometimes giving them rides on his infamous private child-sex-abuse plane, nicknamed the “Lolita Express.” Trump, who now claims he's "not a fan," in 2002 called Epstein a “terrific guy” who "likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."

And Trump's connections to Epstein's sex trafficking may go beyond merely superficial. In 2016, “Jane Doe” filed a lawsuit against Trump alleging a “savage sexual attack” in 1994, when she was 13 years old, in which he tied her to a bed at Epstein’s house, raped her, and struck her in the face. The account was corroborated by a witness who claimed to have seen the child perform sexual acts on both Trump and Epstein.

Just as he has a patten of sexual predation, Trump also seems to have a pattern of threatening victims who come forward. Jane Doe alleged in the lawsuit that Trump told her she shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to “disappear like Maria,” a 12-year-old girl who had also been abused along with her. Jane Doe dropped the lawsuit in November 2016, days before Trump’s election, after her attorney, Lisa Bloom, cited “numerous threats” against her client. (Trump denied the allegations, and Bloom declined to comment for this story.)

Even if the Epstein proceedings fail to produce evidence against Trump, there is enough already in the public record—including words recorded out of his own mouth—to substantiate a shockingly prolific history of sexual misconduct.

Politicians receive a host of allegations.  Just take a look.

The only reason this is making a "comeback" is because the brightest minds in America have failed to take out Trump so they are burdened with resorting to ANYTHING in attempts to get Trump.

I will repeat for the progressives since they have memory issues, If convicted, I will be in line to trash Trump.  Until then not-so-much.

BELIEVABLE!  That's your litmus test, your profile position, your basis for determining guilt?  Oh shit!

Hey Mr. all or nothing, I didn't say I'm the judge and jury.  I said people want to see the allegations come to proper light rather than favors being called in for a slap on the wrist.  Believing he's capable of sex crimes?  C'mon, you gotta be kidding (or baiting).

Yet you take it a step further and take non-believable BS and search out wingnut blogs to back up your inevitable, untenable position.

Ah.  I know of no one above the age of 6 and below the age of 200,  that is not capable of sex crimes; so we agree on that point.

Unanswered because there is no credible source that you accept.

how about, instead of "capable of," "inclined to"?

"Prone to"?

That would describe Trump, but would eliminate most people.

The 13-year-old (above) reported receiving death threats after accusing Trump of the violent rape; so has E. Jean Carroll:

E Jean Carroll says she received death threats after accusing Trump of rape

Exclusive: advice columnist says for the first time in her life she has bullets loaded into the handgun in her bedroom

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/jul/12/e-jean-carroll-says-she-received-death-threats-after-accusing-trump-of

more,

E Jean Carroll, the esteemed New York journalist who has alleged Donald Trump raped her in the Bergdorf Goodman department store in Manhattan in the 1990s, now sleeps with a loaded gun by her bed having received online death threats.

In the course of a two-hour interview with the Guardian in her upstate New York cabin, the advice columnist described the fallout of her decision to go public last month with the most serious allegations of sexual assault yet leveled at the US president. She said she had received so many death threats that she had been forced to stop looking at her social media feeds and for the first time in her life had bullets loaded into the handgun in her bedroom.

“I’m not stupid,” Carroll said in reference to the threats and the loaded gun. But she added she has also been buoyed by the number of women who had commented or written to her in vast numbers.

“The mail bag is huge, I can’t begin to get through it. Women are telling me their stories – and that’s the biggest thank you you can get.”

Carroll’s rape allegations are contained in her new book What Do We Need Men For? In it she gives an account of how she bumped into Trump at Bergdorf’s one evening in late 1995 or early 1996.

They chatted, and when Trump tried to get her to put on an item of lingerie she told him to put it on. Together, they entered a small dressing room where he allegedly attacked her.

Carroll has avoided using the word “rape” to describe the incident, but she agrees that what she says occurred fits the legal definition of rape.

The journalist did not report the incident to police but she did tell two close friends about what allegedly occurred. The friends, both prominent media figures, have confirmed her account about their conversations.

Trump has denied the allegations, saying he has never known Carroll even though a photograph surfaced of the two with their then respective spouses at a 1987 party. He has also said “she’s not my type”.

The Guardian asked Carroll whether she had any doubts about the identity of her alleged rapist. She replied: “Zero. Zero. Recognizing him was a big deal for me.”

In an excerpt of her book carried by New York magazine three weeks ago, she said she had kept the black Donna Karan coat-dress she had worn that evening “unworn and unlaundered” behind her closet door.

Carroll is only the second woman to come forward with rape allegations against Trump. The first was his then wife Ivana Trump, who alleged in divorce papers he had raped her during the marriage, though she later moderated the account to say she had not used the word “rape” in a “literal or criminal sense”.

Even with such serious allegations, Carroll’s book received an initially restrained response from the US media. The New York Times placed a report on her account of Trump attacking her in its book pages, while Barnes & Noble located the book in its flagship New York store in the fourth-floor women’s studies section.

“You want to know how to bury a book? That’s how you do it,” Carroll said.

Carroll told the Guardian she hesitated for years coming forward with her allegations because she was fearful, and because she suspected that branding Trump a sex attacker might paradoxically help him politically.

“It’s the image of a male leader – think Alexander the Great, think Genghis Khan. Think John F Kennedy. Great leaders take what they want without asking.”

Despite having raised rape allegations against the sitting US president, Carroll is convinced Trump will win re-election in next year’s presidential election. “No matter what anyone does, Trump will win. I think he’s got it sewn up.”

Johnson said Trump had sexual contact with her at four of those parties, including tying her to a bed and violently raping her in a “savage sexual attack.” The lawsuit said Johnson “loudly pleaded” with Trump to stop, but that he responded by “violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”

After that, Trump allegedly threatened to harm or kill Johnson and her family if she ever told anyone. Johnson said Trump told her he could make them “disappear” like Maria — a 12-year-old girl Johnson says Trump also forced her to have sexual contact with, and whom Johnson hadn’t seen since that encounter.

This evil clown needs to go.

More about 12-year-old Maria (before her disappearance is used as a threat by Trump, to Katie Johnson):

"(Trump) had a fantasy where he walked in on his maids....There was a Spanish girl, Maria, who was a Hispanic maid...and he walks in and he gets really angry and he threatens to call immigration on Maria if she doesn't come over and make things right, and give him a blow job."

"Defendant Trump stated that I shouldn’t ever say anything if I didn’t want to disappear like Maria, a 12-year-old female that was forced to be involved in the third incident with Defendant Trump and that I had not seen since that third incident, and that he was capable of having my whole family killed."

Trump has bragged about sexually assaulting women and there's been twenty some women who claim he did just that including one that was a minor at the time.  It takes a mindset that's quite removed from the norm to hold women in such disregard.  Even just paying a porn star and another woman hush money for an affair should be enough to show his true colors.

Have no doubt about your first statement Vince, I'm with you.

Second statement though...

"And when you're a star they let you do it. You can do anything ... Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything."

A woman "letting" you grab her pussy does not result in a sexual assault.

They didn't "let" him do it. He just did it.

Don't you love bullies who accuse their victims of "letting" them do what they do?

"I accused Trump of sexual assault. Now I sleep with a loaded gun."

A loaded gun by the bed is one of the prices you pay if you are a woman who has just accused the president of the United States of raping you. Three weeks ago, in an excerpt from her new book What Do We Need Men For?, published in New York magazine, Carroll added her name to the growing number of women (which now stands at 16) who allege that they have been groped, forcibly kissed or worse by the current occupant of the Oval Office. Carroll went further in her allegations than almost everyone before her. She said she ran into Donald Trump, whom she had met a few years previously, in Bergdorf Goodman, the Manhattan department store; it was late 1995 or early 1996, and she was 52. They got to bantering about what gift Trump should buy a female friend. Lingerie was mentioned. He picked up a see-through bodysuit and told her to put it on. She fired back: “You try it on.” Together they entered a dressing room. She was laughing, thinking it all a great hoot. But not for long.
