Federal judge rules in favor of Democratic Pa. Senate candidate GOP refused to seat: he will be sworn in this week

A federal judge has upheld the validity of undated mail ballots cast in Allegheny County, ruling in favor of a Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania Senate whose win was previously certified by the state. Incumbent Jim Brewster will be sworn in this week.

The legislature was seated and doing business.  Brewster's district was not being represented and nobody knew how long Republicans were willing to drag this out.

For, what,  a week?   It didn't make a difference in the composition of the legislature so it wouldn't likely have affected the outcome of any votes.

You were ok with endless hearings over Russian collusion which cane to nothing.   Why not wait a week for a court to rule in this case?  Nevermind....
